The Great Lodge

The most impressive lodge and focal point is the Great Lodge. Centrally located with a beautiful coral stone tiled entrance and approached via jasmine scented paths this meeting point provides guests with an elegant dining and living space separate from the accommodations. Inspired by the Mustique approach to lodge design, this Great Lodge offers an elegant space with a huge reception room, sitting room, bar cloakroom and kitchen area.The reception has floor to ceiling sliding glass panels which open fully and welcome in the stunning exterior. The bar has an ice maker and is finished in renewable hardwood. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with a stainless steel range cooker. All the floors built from teak.The master bedroom upstairs with generous capacity for 4 poster bed leads onto its own dressing room, sitting room, bathroom and separate walk-in shower. the cooling, high ceilings are built from greenheart and offers space for the windward breezes to circulate. The 12' wrap around balcony, creating an additional living space has greenheart handrails and Peruvian Mahogany floorboards.

The Family Lodge

This lodge has an enormous double bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom and breathtaking views from the surrounding veranda. The two remaining spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The veranda at the front of the property looks over the landscaped gardens,peninsula and picturesque lower bay.

The 2 Master Lodges

These 2 lodges slightly different in design and layout offer avery spacious double bedroom, adjoining sitting room,fully fitted dressing room and bathroom, with shower and bath. These lodges are conveniently located on either side of the Great Lodge. Both master lodges also benefit from a wide, decked veranda offering the bay and ocean views.

The Guest Lodge

The smaller of the 5 lodges with a double bedroom,dressing room and bathroom and spacious delightful veranda with the same exceptional views enjoyed throughout the whole residence.

Well Connected & Comfortable

All the lodges have ceiling fans, air conditioning, mosquito nets fitted to the window openings and have cable TV.

Superior Fittings & Finish

All the lodges have sweeping renewable hardwood finished verandas and floors. The bathrooms and dressing rooms are finished in a contemporary yet classical style with high quality imported fittings. Each lodge slightly different in design is linked by a series of well-lit curving paths and steps through mature tropical trees and plants.

Freshwater 45ft Infinity Pool

A series of coral stone steps lead guests down to the 45x15ft freshwater infinity pool. Located as it is at the front of the Great Lodge the views are,as expected, subliminal from the pool. Surrounded by a generous coral stone terrace, complimented by a shady gazebo and finished with a raised hardwood decked area this pool offers the perfect location for guests to cool off and appreciate their location. The freshwater in the pool is cleaned by a salt sanitizer. Beneath the pool is the plant room housing all the pool equipment.

Backup Generator

Located beneath the pool area is a Backup generator which cuts in in the event of a power failure upon the island.

Staff House

Set among the gardens, conveniently located is the staff accommodation providing the chef and housekeeping team for the estate.

The Island of Bequia

2.  Appoint a local Lawyer to handle your purchase (list of recommended lawyers can be provided upon request) exchange contact details and discuss the purchase arrangements, as you wish.

3.  Sign Agreement of Sale  + deposit 10% of purchase price in ESCROW account with the lawyer.
(this contract is prepared by the lawyer for approval by both parties, before being finalised and signed by both parties. This is a binding agreement, the only circumstances where you would retrieve the deposit would be if:
