A super opportunity for a peaceful island home - ready to use
or alternatively a perfect canvas to renovate / develop.
There are 2 levels, the upper contains the 3 bedrooms including
the master en suite bedroom, with a shared bathroom for the two guest bedrooms. Also on this level are the open plan living and dining space and
kitchen.
The lower level currently exists as a storage room but could easily be fully converted to accommodate a self contained studio apartment or utility / laundry space.
The water tank holds approx 20,000 gallons (approx 18ft x 15ft x 9ft deep).
Located on the gentle sloping hillside the property welcomes cooling offshore breezes via a traditional Caribbean verandah. The sun rises up and over the property.
The property is in a quiet elevated location with road access to the end of the lane at Sugar Hill - followed by a track direct to the house, which is the last property on this track so no through traffic at all.

Mount Pleasant
A central hilly area, Mount Pleasant enjoys a perfect combination of breezy elevation, rolling landscape, and access down to the beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean side and to the harbour town of Port Elizabeth. A very civilized retreat to enjoy Bequia from. Traditionally home of the islanders with roots in the French settlers, this is a long established residential location often with breathaking panoramic views.
