SunVilla is a stunning, recently remodelled villa nestled among the mature native coconut palms and sea grape shrubs on the shore of Palm Islands North facing coastline. Guests can quite literally step out of their beds and almost straight into the ocean.

Louvered Windows

The 3 double bedrooms have beautiful wooden louvered windows, designed therefore to usher in the cooling Caribbean Tradewinds. The large sliding french windows in the open plan living area provide natural air conditioning throughout.

Modern, Open Plan Interior

The Spacious villa has been completely renovated and offers open plan comfortable living, with large kitchen, dining table and chairs for up to 8 guests. The large glass sliding windows open onto the balconies / verandahs on either side of the house.

Breathtaking Beachfront Views

The views are constantly changing due to the oceans proximity - the aquamarine water and clean, sugar sand beach views remain at the heart of this villas appeal.

Nestled among Palms & Sea Grape

The villa is protected by the mature palms and sea grape offering privacy and shade.

Housekeeping Services

There is housekeeping service offered as part of the rental from Monday to Friday.

Palm Island Resort

SunVilla along with other private villas on Palm Island are not part of Palm Island Resort. Guests are asked to please respect the hotel areas and facilities. All beaches are of course public.

It is possible to reserve tables in advance for lunch/dinner/drinks at the Resorts beachfront restaurant. Dresscode at the Restaurant is smart casual, for dinner casual elegant
A daypass for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all drinks is available for around 300 US$ per person / please check availability and rates at the front desk.

A lovely range of restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Union island Including diving, world class kitesurfing and sailing trips...

Minimum Rental Period

Generally villas on Palm Island will require a 5 day minimum booking.

Transfers

For a per head charge of 25 US$ Palm Island Resort Staff will greet you at the airport on Union Island and tranfer you to the dock just 2 minutes away, where you will take the Palm Island boat (about 10 min ride to the island).
Once you arrive at the Palm Island pier the villa's housekeeper will meet you and walk with you to SunVilla (about 350 meters).

An arrival meal (lunch or dinner) is provided for you.

Palm Island Pre-Provisioning Service

We can arrange for groceries to be ordered and pre-delivered to your villa. Guests will be expected to pay for groceries upon arrival at The Villa. There will be standard transport / service charges for transport to the Island. Large supermarket orders are available from the mainland st vincent and can usually be delivered next day 

Gratuities

The housekeeper is available Monday to Friday and along with taking care of the villa she is available to assist with provisioning, cooking local dishes, laundry service, boat trips etc. Please pay her directly for any expenses and extra time.
Gratuities are most welcome  (10% of the overall rental fee would be recommended as a tip which would be given to the Housekeeper at the end of guests stay).
