The island comprised a small exclusive private hotel and a handful of privately owned homes/villas. An ideal vacation spot for friends or families with children, looking for privacy and ultimate tranquillity.
PruneHouse is a true rustic beach home, literally 15 metres from the gentle waves and is surrounded by gorgeous soft white sand and coconut trees.
Furnished very simply the house is mostly open plan with living room / dining room which open out onto the sandy garden. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The villa can accommodate 4 guests.
This basic yet comfortable property suits guests who truly want to get away from it all. Perfect for nature lovers with hummingbirds, iguanas, hermit crabs, geckos free to come and go.
Housekeeping Service
The lovely housekeeper will take care of you during your stay in Prune House : she will open the villa before your arrival and close it after your departure (fees paid by the owner for opening and closing). She is available to welcome you and check you in from Monday to Saturday between 10am-4pm. If you plan to arrive outside these times a map will be provided so you find the villa from the dock.
It Is mandatory to take the housekeeper during your stay so that she can take care of the villa everyday (fees for the housekeeper during your stay are to be paid directly by you to the housekeeper). She is also available to prepare delicious local meals (fishes, lobsters. ).
Activities During your Stay Snorkeling in front of the villa and around Palm island. Diving and kitesurfing in Union Island (a world renowned location for kitesurfing with a dedicated school in Union). Visit the neighbouring islands by local water taxi: See the famous Tobago Cays Marine Park where you can swim with turtles and rays in their natural habitat. Explore the exclusive islands of Mustique, Canouan and Petit St Vincent or unforgettable Morpion (a small secluded sandbar). Explore Union island by open-backed taxi. The Grenadine islands are work famous for sailing so we highly recommend enjoying a superb day of sailing through the exquisite turquoise Grenadine waters.
