The sands of Marigot bay are just a stool down the hill. The property has a vast deck and patio area nestled in tropical gardens so you always feel secluded. The property enjoys a classic feel with tall swaying palms and really lovely tropical gardens.

This is the main body of the house with a large living area which is screened for your comfort. The property has a gorgeous hardwood floor throughout the upper level on one level so easy access to the two bedrooms.
