This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is situated alongside the Marina development right in the dock of the bay, offering easy access to the restaurants and bars of the hotel, and the beach facilities of the beach club on the other side of the Bay. The Marina apartments form a U-shape, and overlook the dock, around a central garden courtyard. Beautiful views both to the front and the rear of the property. This is the perfect location for those who love to sail or relax.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of Marigot Marina Courtyard. It is accessed by a private door and stairwell.

This apartment is Covid Certified and has joined with the Marigot Bay Resort and Marina to form a bubble. Both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests are welcome and can use all Hotel facilities, spa, gym, restaurants/bars, there is designated beach access but unvaccinated guests cannot leave the Resort except to go out on Covid Certified tours, organised by the Hotel or Property Manager, Pauline.
Vaccinated guests can rent a vehicle and roam freely on the island

A supermarket, bank, laundry, medical centre, café/baguette shop, internet access, high end boutiques, local souvenirs, crafts and gifts are all available within walking distance. There are a variety of restaurants within the bay.

Two Pool Facilities

Marigot Bay is a historic landmark, having been the site of a number of battles between the French and British navies. Surrounded on three sides by steep, forested hills. The inland portion of the bay forms a hurricane hole, used to shelter boats from hurricanes. The popular film location destination and described by the American novelist, James A.
