The large freshwater swimming pool is private to the house. Surrounded by It's own tropical garden and loungers along the terrace You'll be able to lounge or swim at your pleasure.

Beautiful Living Spaces

The house is majestic and elegant with It's columned entrance and 20 ft vaulted ceilings. Style isn't sacrificed for comfort as the home is furnished with plenty of cosy seating arrangements to suit any taste.

Inside, the villa is light, inviting and airy. Every room makes the most of the stunning views. A detached cottage (5th bedroom) just outside the villa serves as a private, secluded bedroom for the extra romantics - please contact us for requests to include the cottage).

Fully Stocked Kitchen

The beautiful kitchen has every modern convenience you could want, making it feel like a home from home. A chef is also available on request if you want to just sit back and soak up the Caribbean lifestyle.

Accommodating 8-10 Guests in Total

There are three bedrooms on the upper level which will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The first level has a living room, spacious patio, and outdoors a lawn and gardens. It has a kitchen and living room with a dining table. There is one bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests.

A private detached cottage serves as an extra (5th) bedroom. All areas have direct access to the pool and pool-side deck.

Location

The Great House is a 10 minute walk down the hillside to the beach of Marigot Bay, as well as the restaurants, the grocery/liquor store, a bank, a dive shop and more. There are water sport activities at the beach such as; pedal boat, kayak, and Hobie cat rentals, a designated swimming/snorkeling area, as well as Complementary beach chairs for all guests.

Villa Staff Services

A gardener and a housekeeper are on hand 6 days a week.

A traditional Creole Chef is available on request at the following prices:- 2 people $55- 3-4 people $25 per person- 5 people or more $20 per person(Guests are responsible for providing the food)
