A super light, airy and spacious second floor apartment set in the Marina Village Courtyard, with views out to beautiful Marigot Bay. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is very well equipped and comfortable.
This apartment is on the top floor, giving a coveted view of the Marina bay and the promenade below. An open plan living, dining and fitted kitchen flows seamlessly, with double doors open from the living room, onto a balcony, overlooking the courtyard and Marigot Bay to the right.
The kitchen is fitted with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The open plan (living, dining, kitchen) area is also fully air conditioned and have large overhead fans. This level of comfort carries through to the bedrooms, with both bedrooms fully air-conditioned and large overhead fans.
One double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms, have views from the overlooking the gardens and bay.
The apartment also hosts a laundry closet with washing machine and dryer.
The one and two storey buildings reflect the St. Lucian architectural heritage and, overlooking the dock, form a U-shape, around a central garden courtyard.
Guests get the full use of the Capella 5 Star Hotel swimming pools and fitness centre, situated just 2 minutes away.
Situated in an ideal spot for exploring either the North or South of St Lucia, it is a great choice for adventurers or those who just wish to relax poolside.
A picturesque bay which comes to life through It's visiting yachts, both sailboats and mega yachts alike. Lots of activities to partake in the Bay itself and a great location to explore St Lucia's attractions.
The Bay itself has a small beach, a minutes ferry ride across from the apartment, where you can relax or enjoy the facilities at Doolittles Restaurant & Bar, also a great Happy Hour spot.
There are non-motorised watersports equipment for hire on the beach and also a Dive company, Dive Fair Helen, situated adjacent to Doolittles.
The Marina itself has a fabulous Indian Restaurant, Masala Bay, highly rated on Trip Advisor, a central courtyard Cafe and Sports Bar, and there are many other restaurants and bars in the area to sample. There is also a small supermarket and bank in the Marina.
A taxi rank is situated in Marina or you may wish to hire a vehicle which you may park free in the small car park a minute away from your apartment.
There are local buses which run from the end of the Marigot road, they will take you very cheaply to Castries where you will change bus to go either North or South. The taxis will happily take you to the bus stop (avoiding a steep climb) for around 20 EC dollars.

Marigot Bay is located on the western coast of the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia, 3.75 miles southwest from the Castries close to the Saint Lucian National Marine Reserve. The bay is a historic landmark, having been the site of a number of battles between the French and British navies. Surrounded on three sides by steep, forested hills. The inland portion of the bay forms a hurricane hole, used to shelter boats from hurricanes. The popular film location destination and described by the American novelist, James A. Michener as the "The most beautiful bay in the Caribbean."
