Bananaquit Sugar Hill Resort St James, Barbados, Barbados

A 2 story luxurious villa located within the Sugar Hill Resort. Situated at the end of Plantation Drive offering guests great privacy. The villa provides amazing sea views from the entire first floor which contains the open plan kitchen, spacious living room, media room along with outdoor dining & lounge areas overlooking the pool and gardens.

3 en suite bedrooms are situated on the ground floor of the main house all featuring grand French doors leading out to the pool area. The Master bedroom and 1st Guest Bedroom are furnished with a King size bed while the remaining bedroom offers Twin beds. The Master bathroom is the only one with both a shower and tub, all others have showers only.

2 further en suite bedrooms are situated in a detached guest cottage which can be accessed to the left of the main villa entrance. Offering a King and Twin beds

The outdoor living area at Bananaquit includes a bar and a large pool deck with an infinity edge swimming pool which cascades down into a smaller pool below it - great for children! Under the pool deck there is a media and games room, fully equipped with cable TV, DVD, pool table, table tennis and pin ball machine - ideal for the entire family.

Sugar Hill is close to Paynes Bay Beach (just 2 miles away). Also Mullins Bay beach (10 minutes drive) is a stunning beach where you can hire sunbeds for the day and enjoy watersports. An excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants are within a 15 min drive. Holetown is 2 miles from Sugar Hill where you will find some of the best Restaurants in Barbados together with plenty of shopping.

Resort Facilities

As guests at Bananaquit you are free to enjoy all the facilities Sugar Hill Resort has to offer including the clubhouse with an excellent restaurant & bar and large and (2000 sq ft) communal pool with children's section and spacious pool deck & loungers, air conditioned gym, floodlit tennis courts and nearby golf and the Royal Westmoreland.

Please note - there is a mandatory resort fee of US$20 per day for all rental guests on resort. This fee is payable at The Clubhouse when being registered with the resort.
