The Pool House Villa offers a spacious living environment in an enviable exclusive location close to Grand Anse Beach on Grenada.

Built to a high specification the villa was completed in December 2007. The interiors feature polished hard wood floors and Balinese style cathedral ceilings. The villa has a large open galley kitchen with a breakfast bar. On the south side of the property are two west facing bedrooms, the upper bedroom has a king four poster bed and the ground floor bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have TV, cable box, IPod docking station and DVD player. The open lounge leads to steps down to the extensive pool and deck with the west facing dining room.

A short drive away is the picturesque St. George's, Grand Anse beach,shops, supermarkets and the airport. The villa's housekeeper, Jane,works from 8am to 3 pm each day while the villa is occupied. Jane is available for cleaning, but at extra cost various services can be arranged including breakfast cooks, laundry service, babysitting, chefs,wait-staff etc.

• A La Carte Dinner at Rhodes Restaurant (Dinner can be exchanged for lunch at The Beach Club on a daily basis. Drinks not included.) 

Breakfast will be prepared and served in the villa each morning by your personal cook this is included in your stay

Clients should note that during the period August to October the hotel will be closed - As the hotel will be closed and maintenance and upgrades underway, there will be no access to the beach through the hotel premises. The public access point is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel so the guests would need to use that entrance. All restaurants will be closed on property so we advise that the guests rent a vehicle. 3 night deposit required to confirm the booking
