The expansive master suite occupies the entire first floor with walk-in closet and large balcony offering panoramic views of the golf course, ocean and pool below.

The spectacular double-height dining area with a majestic wrap-around stone staircase and shuttered gallery above provide lots of natural light to create beautifully bright, cool living spaces. The main sitting room fully opens out onto the covered terrace. The kitchen is situated just off the dining area which in turn leads to a separet laundty area & drying yard.

In addition, Villa Rosa offers full golf privileges which permits each guest of the villa to purchase 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 8:10 AM - 11:50AM and 1:10PM - 4:30PM Sunday to Friday.
