This beautifully appointed villa, boasts a refreshing open-plan interior, overlooking Admiralty Bay. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area are all beautifully appointed offering the maximum light and comfort during your stay.

Outdoor Luxury
An outdoor projector screen allows you to enjoy your favourite movies under a Caribbean star filled sky. An spacious terrace sweeps around the villa offering an area for outdoor dining, a bbq, hammocks, day beds, outdoor shower and sun loungers whilst the infinity pool provides ultimate views of the ocean.

Villa layout
The 3 bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and living area, villa 1, flow naturally into one serene space that in turn leads out onto the terrace, infinity pool, dining area and ultimately the private air-conditioned gym

which includes a small multi-gym, treadmill, cross-trainer machine, two-way bike, free weights, dumbells etc.

The remaining 2 bedrooms, shared family bathroom, second kitchen and living area, originally villa 2 offer a large group a certain degree of independence and privacy, if required.

Entertainment
Though only a minute or so drive from the restaurants and shops of Belmont and Port Elizabeth, the villa offers a wide variety of home entertainment. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD . The living area with Flatscreen TV, DVD and Cable television. The villa offers Nintendo Wii, an outdoor projector screen, boardgames and iPod docking station (iPod not provided)

Ocean Sports and Activities
The villas central location offers good proximity to the beach (3 minute drive) and has snorkeling equipment for your private use. Kayaking and windsurfing equipment (with private tuition available) are close to the villa. The private air-conditioned gym with

a small multi-gym, treadmill, cross-trainer machine, two-way bike, free weights, dumbells etc. is

accessible via the terrace.

Luxury Treatments
Octopus villa boasts its own luxury treatments for the ultimate relaxing Caribbean experience. All you need to do is select the massage, lie back and relax!

Families and children
The villa offers a variety of activities for children whilst the open plan layout provides the perfect contained space for smaller children to enjoy. There is a cot and high chair available plus activities such as the Nintendo Wii for their enjoyment and easy access to the infinity pool for the older children.

This newly refurbished villa is located just a 2 minute drive away from Port Elizabeth, taking full advantage of the town's shops and restaurants whilst being positioned in an established elevated position with a truly great view over the Bay.

A central location on the island this is an established area above the Belmont Waterfront Walkway. The shore side is a relaxing and social area with sandy restaurants...yachts at anchor... children playing...a friendly fun area. Home to Bequia's longest established Hotels,the Frangipani the Whaleboner and the Gingerbread. There are small wooden jetties and its the place to stroll along the shore to Port Elizabeth or past the Dive shops to Princess Margaret Beach just over the headland. Houses and villas here enjoy panoramic views over Admiralty Bay, the finest harbour in the Windwards with visiting yachts form all over the world. The sunsets are breathtaking.
