Guests can unwind in a serene setting while still being just minutes from the lively harbour town of Port Elizabeth, with its restaurants, bars, and local charm. The Belmont Walkway, a breezy coastal path, is just a 10-minute stroll away - just perfect for an early morning or sunset walk. Two of Bequia’s most loved beaches, Princess Margaret Beach and Lower Bay, are also just a short walk or taxi ride away.

Each apartment features a thoughtfully designed open-plan layout combining the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Large double doors open onto a spacious balcony, filling the interior with natural light and inviting in the ocean breeze. The dining area is perfectly positioned to take in the views.

Each villa includes a generously sized bedroom with DreamCloud Queen bed, decorated in calm, neutral tones to promote rest and relaxation. Large windows allow for plenty of light, while ample storage and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay.

At the heart of the property is the lovely central pool surrounded by sun loungers and seating areas - perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sunshine. From here, the panoramic views truly shine, with turquoise waters and anchored yachts stretching across Admiralty Bay. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor dining space and a high-quality barbecue, making it easy to relax and entertain. Laundry facilites are also available and the owners also have a wonderful herb and medicinal garden which guests are able to harvest from.

The name “Pattree” comes from a ship once owned by the family, adding a subtle sense of history and character to your stay.
