All bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house are equipped with 110v/220v 60Hz outlets and USB connections.Renovated in 2025, the newly added fourth bedroom is a beautifully remodeled 500-square-foot cottage, located just 150 feet from the main house. This standalone guest house has been completely transformed in the same contemporary style as the villa. Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed—ideal for a couple and a small child.
