The villa, recently built has younggardens, mostly laid to lawn, spacious sun deck surrounding the central pool and looks out over the nearby ocean.

The curved naturally saline swimming pool is approx. 18ft x 8ft and is surrounded by modern comfortable sun loungers.

There are two local beaches small local adventure - accessible by little path. The nearest best sandy beach is Lance aux Epines beach in Prickly Bay which is about 20 - 25 mins walk away from Captain's View and just a few mins drive Elevated, Vaulted Ceilings with AC & Fans

The villa has AC, high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and is located on the tip of a headland ideally positioned to benefit from the refreshing sea breezes.

Open Plan Kitchen, Dining & Living Space

The villa has tiled floors and has been furnished locally made wooden furniture and decorated in cool, pastel tones.

Modern, Fitted Kitchen

The modern kitchen includes a US style fridge freezer complete with ice maker and chilled water dispenser.

Housekeeping Services

The housekeeper will visit the house 6 days per week, which represents excellent value as this is included in the weekly villa rates. She will also prepare meals for guests and babysit if available when required. Guests will be charged an additional rate for these extra services.
