Spacious and sociable

Tradewind Pavilion is designed in such a way that it really brings the outdoors in with It's many balconies and wrap around porches. With the space given there's seating for up to 20 people, so it is a very sociable place to relax with friends on a warm evening with the tropical breeze around you.

Large pool

There's a barbeque grill, wet bar and sun deck overlooking the large swimming pool, 11ft x 21 ft, with views across the ocean. Whether it's swimming, reading, listening to music, stargazing, sipping on refreshing drinks, or just relaxing you'll have all the ingredients for the perfect getaway.

Sea views from the bed!

The main level comprises of a large kitchen, intimate living room and dining room and all with sea views, ceiling fans and air conditioning for absolute comfort. Three guest bedrooms and the four bathrooms are found on the lower level.

The master bedroom named 'The Plumbago Room' has a King Size bed with en suite bathroom/shower. With a full view of the sea from the bed, through multiple French doors that open onto a relatively large covered porch. This room has direct access to a large outdoor-inspired bathroom with whirlpool tub and two invigorating showers lined with river stone's, sea coral, and even a seat made of fossilized ancient squid.

The second bedroom, named 'The Reef Room' has a double bed with an en suite bathroom. Fitted with multiple French doors and offering views from the bed of the coconut treed neighborhood beach and luminescent reefs beyond. This room has a small covered porch with a lovely view.

The third bedroom

Named 'The Regatta Room'is has a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, it is fitted with French doors that lead out to It's own small covered porch and onto the courtyard outside.

It is less than 10 minutes drive from Point Salines International Airport, 5 minutes drive from the famous Grand Anse beach and shopping area, and 15 minutes drive to the City of St. George's. Lance Aux Epines is known for It's upscale dwellings and vacation properties in quiet and peaceful settings.
