The newly renovated villa is right on the waters edge of the rocky, dramatic coastline of Grenada, and surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens filled with tropical plants and shrubs. There is a lovely grassy lawn ideal for suntanning or laying in the hammock with a good book. The Point is one of our special areas to relax and enjoy a sundowner. The newest addition to the villa is our beautiful infinity pool.

This villa is aptly named as the views from the spacious covered veranda are spectacular. The villa is well situated to always have a nice tropical breeze. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests the villa offers a wonderful outside space, ideal for dining, entertaining and cocktails. With an airy tropical-style and unobstructed views the villa has a very spacious gourmet kitchen adjoining the living room area, and three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms on the main floor. On the second floor of the villa is the large master bedroom with a lovely private veranda overlooking the sea.

Master Bedroom - Sunrise Room

This extremely spacious master bedroom is located exclusively on the top floor of the villa. A large staircase off the entryway leads you up to your sanctuary. This room boasts a four poster King size bed, a large en suite bathroom and a lovely private veranda overlooking the sea. With the comfortable seating area outside it is the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

Sky Room

This is the largest room on the main floor of the villa. The guest room features a queen size bed and it's own private en suite bathroom. The added attraction of this bedroom is the view. Large windows face directly towards the garden and the sea. The French doors will lead you directly out to the expansive veranda and beautiful infinity pool.

Sea Room

This is the middle bedroom and the smallest of four. Even though it is small it is still a lovely little room. Decorated with the colours of the sea in mind you are sure be cozy and comfortable. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Sand.

Sand Room

This bedroom is located near the entryway of the villa. With two bright windows there is a lot of natural light. Decorated in bright colours this is a fun, cheerful room. This bedroom shares a bathroom with Sea.

Desirable Residential Location

Lance Aux Epines is Grenada's premier residential district and the location of many embassies. Within a few minutes drive from the villa there are a wide choice of excellent restaurants, the world famous Grande Anse beach is 5 minutes drive away, as is Spiceland Shopping Mall which houses Real Value Supermarket.

The town of St Georges is 15 minutes away. Maurice Bishop International Airport is very close and not even a 10 minute drive away.

The villa rate includes

Maid and laundry service is provided one day during your weeks stay. If you require daily housekeeping services or a cook we can certainly arrange that for you and provide you with the cost. Ground transportation to and from the airport. Welcome breakfast with a few goodies for the next morning.

Children are welcome at the villa over the age of 8.
