Tequila Sunrise is a contemporary three master bedroom, three bathroom, 5,000 sq. ft villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St Martin beyond but is totally secluded providing the perfect spot to interact with nature and even has its own private section of beach just yards away.

Location

Tequila Sunrise Beach House is located at secluded Lover’s Cove at Dropsey Bay, the sand is just a leisurely two minute walk along the scenic path. An Intimate, white sand, sun bathing beach with a great snorkeling and clear blue water. Perfect for a romatic getaway.  There are areas that resemble hot tubs, guests who want to swim lengths can do so at near by Sandy Hill Bay, just a three minutes drive from Lover’s Cove.

While accessible to all the conveniences of modern living, Tequila is a private retreat that allows for interaction with the perfect serenity of nature. Large expanses of glass doors and windows optimize views of the ocean and miles of the surrounding natural landscape.

Great Room

The open floor plan of the ground floor emphasizes spaciousness while encouraging the flow of the tantalizing cool trade winds. With 22ft high ceiling and high tech stereo surround sound system and 45inch Plasma HD TV, the room is designed for entertaining. A sublime mix of restrained minimalism and high impact gestures.

Kitchen & Dining Rooms

Just off the great room lie the kitchen & dining room with well appointed accessories including a wine refrigerator, a Keurig coffee system, a beautifully prepared table for you to enjoy your breakfast. The view is just spectacular! The table seats eight comfortably under the glow of Le Klint pendants. There is a Patron Tequila dispenser for our guests to enjoy with free flowing Tequila for their entire stay!!!!

Bedrooms

Each Master bedroom offers sumptuous living with King beds, air conditioning, HD TV,  full oversized en suite bathroom and all open up to a patio overlooking the glistening ocean. Paired-down sophistication in Dreamy White soft down comforters and luxurious Italian linens cushion dreams. 

BATHROOMS

En suite bathrooms maintain the refined aesthetics of this haven.  Hewn travertine throughout the villa is relieved by beautiful river pebbles in the bathroom and outdoor showers.  A generous freestanding tub with a view to the outdoors; a dazzling chandelier, seclusion….. you choose the music.

POOLSIDE

Beautiful furniture dressed in exuberant island colors. Oversized pool towels, luxurious pool floats, your music.  It is wonderful to lie on the lounge chairs at night after dinner and gaze at the beautiful sky filled with bright stars. You will often see shooting stars.
