There are 5 bedrooms, 3 King Size and 2 queen size each with a private luxurious bathroom, air conditioning and ocean views to die for.  Four upstairs, one on main floor.  Full air conditioning with convenient zone control, flat screen TVs (55-inch in great rooms) DVD player, WIFI and free calls via the Internet.  Local cell phones can be arranged.

The villa has been built close to one of the beaches of Pelican Bay, one of the 33 superb beaches upon Anguilla. A large family sized infinity edge pool (unheated), framed by pristine sun terrace with hot tub and comfortable lounging furniture provides an exotic location with island and ocean views. Two-minute walk via a footpath to a small, secluded stretch of beach. 5-minute cab ride from Blowing Point Ferry Terminal.

Beaches Edge has its own sun-drenched oceanfront terrace with large, luxury pool, Jacuzzi, shallow “kiddie” pool, pergola and terrace — ideal for weddings.

The open floor plan has floor-to-ceiling windows that let the views outside become the artwork inside. Formal dining table with seating for 8.  Furniture can be reconfigured for events.
