There are currently no planning permissions and the Government will be protecting some of the rocky shores and coral reefs of the island for a National Park so one will have to work directly with the government for development of the island. The BVI Government require seabed leases etc. The purchase process will involve meetings with the current owners and the Government, to develop an understanding of feasibility. We can set up meetings with the owners, government and the National Parks Trust. After this we submit an offer. Contracts are drafted by a local BVI solicitor, who works through the 12-18 month processes to approvals granted. Completion can take place when the Land Holder's License is granted.
