Three Little Birds is a lovely, welcoming villa, with a naturally laidback feel.  Guests enjoy beautiful panoramic ocean and tropical views from floor-to-ceiling doors over Spring Bay and a huge pool deck all set in lush tropical surrounds.

This is a wonderful Bequia holiday retreat.  The perfect mix of style and design with a luxurious German kitchen, polished concrete floors and textured surfaces.

Large central kitchen/living room

This is a superb space and is the central feature of the property with well designed open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. Opening out on 3 sides to the pool deck and right through to the covered terrace in the front - offering guests superb ocean views from all points.
The view is always breathtaking with beautiful full-height glass doors with locally crafted wood frames. 

A large welcoming central living space there is a great sound system in this area for guests to connect music.

The living space is filled with very comfortable lounging furniture and stylish items. Huge double doors open this space right out onto the balcony, giving a sense of space, and letting in a lovely cool breeze.

The pool is a good size with deck chairs and a 2nd pool on the lower sunbathing deck too  - tranquility reigns here and with serene views and comfortable loungers and a hammock to snooze in.

This is one of the most protected and private properties on Bequia.

The property offers guests exceptional privacy with 4 bedrooms:

• 3 x bedrooms on the main level with private pool with large open-plan living space + mezzanine for additional children's sleeping area.

• 1 x bedroom on the lower level with a private pool and smaller kitchen

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the bathrooms have plenty of hot water.

Spacious master kingsize suite with a mezzanine for children

A spectacularly spacious master suite has a prime position at the front of the property with an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower area and huge doors leading out to a private covered verandah on two sides with fantastic views of the valley over Spring Bay.
This suite has a raised mezzanine area split into 2 sections this area could sleep another 3 possibly 4 children, please discuss this with Grenadines Collection Team at the point of booking.

Pool suite with direct access to pool deck

The pool suite is a Kingsize guest suite is beautifully spacious and also has an ensuite with a large walk-in shower area. The room enjoys direct access to the laid wood pool deck with an inviting hammock at your disposal.

Queen Suite

The third bedroom is Queen-sized guest bedroom that also enjoys a covered porch and sea view.  The bathroom is just across the hall for easy access.

Quiet reading room/study with super views

The property offers guests a lovely quiet room next to the master bedroom with large windows and comfortable seating overlooking the ocean.  There is also a classical piano here. This offers guests privacy or perhaps a place to do a little essential work.

1 bedroom apartment with lovely ocean views and private pool & terrace

A one bedroom fully self-contained apartment with its own pool and deck area is included in the whole house rental.?This has easy access from the parking area by a side path down from the parking lot. There is also an internal stairway that leads to the lower apartment from the upper living area - this can be locked off if separate groups are in residence
The apartment's bedroom and the lounge and dining area all open out directly to the pool terrace. A superb stylish apartment with features palm trees growing up through the decking.
The apartment has a freshly re-designed kitchen to the rear, including a gas cooker and kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

Al fresco dining

On the patio, there is a beautifully simple dining area, guests look out onto Spring Bay as they dine, this is a relaxed, sociable space to enjoy your meals.  There is also a long dining table on the balcony, with benches, and the poolside hammock makes the perfect spot for an after-lunch nap!

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven on the upper level and all the regular facilities available for guests to prepare and cook some Caribbean-inspired meals including:

This Bequia vacation rental has two beautiful pools and a generous decked area - the perfect area in which to take in the great views that are on offer.  A lovely peaceful property, where you can lie in the shade with a book, or soak up the wonderful Bequia sunshine in absolute privacy, within the acre of land.

The Gardens above and below Three Little Birds enjoy a delightful arrangement of colourful flowers and there are fruit trees from which guests can pick fresh produce. Mature lime, soursop, guava, almond, and flames trees sit amongst many different palms, all on terraces with paths for guests to meander through.

Complimentary housekeeping

The housekeeper will welcome you to the property on arrival and will call back usually on your first morning to check you have settled in and assist with any questions. Then housekeeping service is every 3rd day of your stay.
The housekeeper can assist with laundry and may be able to provide child care services or meal preparation. An additional fee for each service is paid directly to the housekeeper. There are laundry facilities for guests' use including:

• Iron
• Ironing Board

Transfer from the airport or port is complimentary and included in your stay. Car hire is recommended with the rental of Pea Patch, so you are free to explore the island and all it has to offer - beautiful beaches, lush greenery, a good variety of bars and restaurants. . . the list goes on!
