Serenity Villa is a modern, refurbished 3 bedroom villa located within the quiet and peaceful Spring Valley on Bequia's east coast. Nestled in an elevated position offering cooling breezes and beautiful expansive ocean vistas across the ever changing sea to the nearby deserted islands Balliceaux and Battowia and ocean sunrises.

Situated amongst established tropical gardens including cedar and cinnamon trees, the house is private, tranquil and secluded whilst still being just a 10 minute drive away from Bequia's main harbour town of Port Elizabeth for shops, restaurants and bars... The calm west coast beaches are a 15 minute drive from Serenity. You can stroll down to Spring bay from here in around 20 minutes.

Layout

Set across two levels the property is comprised of a two bedroom upper level apartment plus a fully self contained one bedroom studio below for up to a maximum of 6 guests in total. A pull out couch in the main villa living room is available for a 7th guest if required.

All bedrooms have UK Super King bed (can be split into twin beds) ceiling fans and screened windows & doors. The elevated location with cooling Atlantic ocean breezes negates the need for air conditioning.

With separate and private access, each level can be rented together or independantly, making this an ideal villa for couples or small families seeking that special independent vacation experience.

The owners have made sure to provide all that guests will need to enjoy a most relaxing and recharging visit which includes a dishwasher in the main villa. A true home away from home with all usual conveniences, from the fully equipped kitchens to the comfortable lounge areas with 100Mbs Internet and high-end AV receiver for entertainment.
