Villa Description

New Eden Beach House is a fantastic beachfront property with award winning architecture, a simple clean style and a drift wood mood. A separate mini beach hut with hammock deck is set in the private gardens between the sea and the sand, and there are lovely views over Friendship Bay to enjoy from the entire property.

Living room

The air conditioned living room at New Eden is modern and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows windows to let in plenty of light. In this space, as with the rest of the property, you can easily see how this Bequia vacation base has been praised for it's architecture.

Stylish Open Air dining area

The property has a large dining table, which opens out directly onto the BBQ area to show off the fabulous views and enjoy your meals al fresco. The kitchen is well equipped with all usual appliances.

4 Spacious Bedrooms

This fantastic Bequia holiday retreat has 4 King Size bedrooms over 3 floors. Each room has it's own private bathroom and balcony, and all have air conditioning. Sleeping 8 guests with room for additional 3 (children) on request. If a larger group is expected then the neighboring Anthony Eden Cottage can also be hired to extend capacity for a further 4 guests.

Pool & Charming decked and outside areas

The addition of a swimming pool makes for a truly excellent property - guests can lounge on a lovely front pool deck area with many comfortable sun loungers and a super BBQ area all just yards from the beach and sea.

Added luxuries

To make your stay at the New Eden Beach House even more relaxing, you have the benefit of staff with an excellent reputation - they have been hailed as 'The Best on Bequia'. You can enjoy some fantastic catering, and event organization should you wish. There is WiFi available and for added security a guest safe.

Friendship Bay enjoys a quietly established atmosphere with a great blend of local character and world class accommodation on this protected palm fringed bay. Hillside properties enjoy spectacular views accross the bay and out over the Caribbean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean beyond Mustique or to the Southern Grenadines beyond Isle a Quatre. There is an international restaurant on the beach and local roadside bars. Look for local working boats pulled up on the beach or anchored in this sheltered bay.
