Villa Layout

The ground floor offers an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned media room, complete with Apple TV.

The three en suite guests bedrooms are also situated on the ground floor, each offering air-conditioning, ceiling fans as well as patio access. Just off the main living area, the large terrace is perfect light entertaining and al fresco dining and leads out to the large pool deck with wet bar gazebo and BBQ.

The 1st floor of the villa features the executive master bedroom which enjoys commanding views of the resort and out to the coastline. The master suite also features a private patio and en suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers and a tub.

Royal Westmoreland Estate Amenities

Guests at Gully's Edge can enjoy an array of on-site amenities; including the 18 hole championship golf course, floodlit tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness centre, clubhouse and communal swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy use of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club Facilities at the beautiful and quiet Mullins Beach, St. Peter.

The Mullins Bay beach facilities also offer guests a beachfront deck with direct views out to the sea. A free shuttle service operated by Royal Westmoreland or use of a private members-only parking at Mullins Bay is available to guests of the villa.

Guests will also benefit from the five-star concierge, which will assist in arranging travel, car rental, booking restaurants for dining, chef services, babysitting services and island activities.

Access to Championship Golf Course

Gully's Edge receives social golf privileges which permit each guest of the villa access to the Golf Course. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.

Royal Westmoreland Resort Fee

Please note - there is a mandatory resort fee of US$20 per day for all rental guests on resort. This fee is payable at The Clubhouse when being registered with the resort and provides access to Club amenities.
