The property is in a very well-established and safe neighborhood with neighboring properties being occupied by senior figures in St Vincents business and political spheres.

The main house is a relaxing sociable hub 

The main house is the heart of the property with large kitchen and open plan dining living area with full-length balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

Large Garage

This can be used for storage of guests' equipment for watersports etc or - perhaps as a workout area or special hobbies area here if hiring the property for a longer period.

En suite Master 

The master has ensuite facilities and the master bedroom enjoys absolute privacy being in a separate building just a few paces from the main house. A comfortable double bed in this accommodation, with a desk area and full-width patio doors leading out.

The master has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Master suite enjoys a lovely balcony and views.

Guest suites

There are additional two bedrooms in the third property these bedrooms are private from each other, separated by a central shared bathroom and each bedroom has a large storage space and balcony.

Facilities

The property has a lower level which provides laundry facilities with easy access to the grounds for air drying the laundry, there is an additional bathroom on this lower level.

Easy Acess to the coast and to Eco Tour the interior of St Vincent

Haydock house is an ideal base for exploring St Vincent - you have easy access to the dive and snorkeling from the watersports base at Indian Bay where you can also take the small private ferry over to Young Island for a private dining experience on this gorgeous tropical island.
Eco tours depart from Kingstown which is just a 25 mins ride or you can request a private tour to pick you up from Haydock House.

From Haydock House, you can easily join tours for :

Peaceful location 

The property is fully enclosed and gated ( with an electric gate) .
The property also has an alarm system.

The international airport is 4o mins drive away.
Saint Vincent has benefited from the new Argyle International Airport. which is to the east of the property. The landing strip visible in the images is the old ET Joshua Airport  - all flights both passenger and cargo have been transferred to Argyle International Airport so there is no noise pollution at the property.

Saint Vincent is thriving with direct international flights from Canada, the US, and the UK.
