A delightful 4 bedroom spacious split level property with lovely private pool and relaxed outdoor / indoor living.

Peaceful and private being located in the historic 250 year old Spring Estate, close to the exclusive boutique Firefly Hotel. Giving you the great option to take a relaxed stroll to the Firefly for a drink or delicious meal. In fact the Master wing was previously one of the original Firefly Rooms and still retains the cool and authentic stone walls and traditional feel.

Nestled into the hillside, entering Fortress J is via the wonderful enclosed courtyard and into the foyer. The uniquely shaped living area is open and airy with plenty of comfortable seating and interesting art works. This living space opens up onto the large covered wrap around terrace offering simply stunning views of palm fringed Spring Bay, lush green Spring Valley and Atlantic ocean beyond. With dining area and comfortable seating to relax and take in those views.

All 4 bedrooms have brand new air conditioning units installed for maximum comfort.

The master wing, located off the dining area has a king sized four poster bed, with en suite bathroom and access to the stone terrace - the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee overlooking the lush tropical vista and ocean beyond. Next door to the master suite is the smaller bedroom with twin beds ideal for children, it's bathroom located just across the hallway.

The kitchen has pantry and laundry facilities with access to the lovely outside courtyard, also with dining area and bbq by the pool.

The Upper Level of the property houses a further 2 ensuite bedrooms. One of which is a large suite with comfortable lounge/TV area which opens out onto your own private balcony with those exquisite sea views.

A double pull out sofa bed is available in the lounge to increase the villas capacity to a maximum of 10 guests if required.

A quiet international community of independent villas on the hillsides of this green and peaceful valley. The boutique Firefly Hotel, and old sugar mill is located here. The old tall Coconut palms run down to the coral sand beach facing the ocean. Completely away from the Harbour but astonishingly close for a visit for shops, restaurants and the bustle of island life.
