Ravenala House enjoys a wonderful private and secluded location, on the woodland hillside over Belles and Lower Bay. Offering commanding views of Bequia's famous Lower Bay and Princess Margaret Beaches, across the whole of Admiralty Bay and the island of St Vincent to the North. This is one of a very small handful of properties in the Lower Bay area with it's own swimming pool.

3 Bedrooms with Balcony Access

The villas 3 double bedrooms have direct access to refreshing balconies via elegant french windows. 2 bedrooms are in the main house and 1 in a Cottage overlooking the pool. Almost all the windows and doors have been screened at Ravenala.

Named after the beautiful Ravenala Palm Tree this gem of a villa is cushioned by verdant tropical woodland overlooking the beautiful bays of Belles and Lower Bay. A practical 10 minutes drive away from Port Elizabeth combined with a privacy guaranteed by it's elevated & secluded position, Ravenala is ideally located for visitors to the island.

Great Service

You will be very well looked after at this villa by friendly attentive owners. Arrival transfers are provided complementary, provisioning service, meal preparation and a laundry service are available (at an additional charge) if required and freshly baked bread can be delivered to your door.

The pale, wooden floors inject light and a cool natural finish to every room. An uncluttered, boutique inspired interior has been finished with elegant eclectic pieces of wooden furniture.

Handmade local stone pathways snake around the exterior of this charming Lower Bay villa. The gardens offer a combination of mature palms and a variety of lush tropical plants and shrubs.

The broad comfortable verandah stretching around Ravenala delivers breathtaking views trimmed with traditional gingerbread latticework.

Ravenala House looks over to the towering volcanic, rainforest island of St. Vincent, across the Bequia Channel and presents guests with the local iconic views over Belles and Lower Bay.

There is a safe in the house for all guests valuables.

Note: Access via a currently unpaved road from the beach, so please be prepared for a slightly "off-road" approach. 4x4 vehicle recommended.
