Friendship Breezes is a delightful three-bedroom villa complete with pool and all modern amenities. Nestled in the lush hillside overlooking the captivating waters of Friendship Bay, on Bequia's East coast, the house was carefully designed to maximise the enjoyment of the tropical breezes and spectacular views. Here, your mind, body, and soul can relax and become one with nature. It is everything you want in a vacation home.

The villa was completed in 2013 as a 'home away from home and was designed to accommodate visiting friends and relatives, an additional 3rd bedroom on the lower level has recently been added.  As a vacation rental it is ideal for couples or small families.

3 Private Bedrooms with en suite Bathrooms

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and mosquito netting, although neither are used often as the trade winds are almost constant and keep the house comfortable and mosquito free. The office is located next to the master bedroom and has a double futon that can be used as an extra bed if needed. The bedrooms on the upper level are located either side of the living area. Access to the lower self contained bedroom is via the pool deck.

The largest of the covered balconies is accessible from the living/dining room as well as from the master bedroom, while the smaller balcony is beside the second upper bedroom.

Stunning Panoramic Views

Fantastic panoramic views include the uninhabited islands of Balliceaux, Battowia and the Whaling Station, the whole of Friendship Valley & Friendship Beach / Bay, over to the island of Mustique, and Bequia's Admiralty Bay on the West.

Main Living Area

Entrance from the rear of the property into open plan lounge with kitchen to the back and covered terrace to front and side. The open plan lounge area is light, airy & spacious, with comfy lounge seating and a dining table for 6. The living room opens out onto the main terrace with further seating - providing another vantage point to enjoy those stunning panoramic views.

Fully Equipped

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 30-inch propane range, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and more. There is also a propane BBQ. Other amenities include a 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and internet access with Wifi. The house has been wired for both 220v and 110v which allow you to take any special electrical items that you might want to use during your visit.

Infinity Edge Swimming Pool

Friendship Breezes has a nice sized salt water swimming pool - 18ft by 10ft by 4.5ft Deep with infinity edge. Surrounding the pool is a spacious pool deck / verandah with the balcony above offering partial shade.

Tropical Garden

The garden is planted with a lovely selection of tropical fruits including bananas, limes, pomegranate, mangoes, passion fruit, sea grapes & plantain. There is also a back lawned area with BBQ.

**Lower Level Bedroom**

The Lower Level Bedroom is available to rent separately for 1000 USD per week throughout the season when available.
