From here you are just a short walk down to Port Elizabeth harbour and the Belmont Walkway for access to restaurants, dive shops etc. The west coast beaches of Princess Margaret and Lower Bay are also within walking distance.

The house has a shared sundeck with plunge pool and wide verandah (shared with the lower apartment).

The property lies at the end of a gated driveway, there is parking available at the roadside and closer to the property on the drive. There are a total of 3 apartments. 2 on the upper level (1 rented) and 1 ground floor garden apartment.

A relaxing gym is located on the lower level of the property next to a small laundry space and 1/2 bathroom. The gym has garden views and access to the exterior via a small set of steps - offering an ideal cooling off area shaded by exotic fruits and palms.
