A beautifully redecorated and tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom top floor condo with two large window openings that look out on to the pool and grounds. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all open plan which allows for lovely fresh breezes but a/c is available throughout. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and has both an a/c and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds and has an a/c unit and a ceiling fan as well. The shared bathroom offers a bathtub, vanity and toilet.

This property is located within a modern gated community where there is access to a large communal swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, a small gym and an outdoor sheltered social area with a barbecue. Glorious south coast beaches, numerous amenities and the popular boardwalk are all just a short walk away!

Due to this unit being on the top floor, no children under 5 years of age allowed.
