Both bedrooms are a good size of approximately 15 x10, both with a/c and ceiling fan and sharing a modern bathroom.

This leads out to a spacious and open plan living and dining area complete with a flat screen t.v.

The kitchen is quite adequate and is fully fitted including a dishwasher.

There is access to a large swimming pool, small gym and a outdoor sheltered social area and barbecue.

Located just a short walk from the beach, shopping, restaurants and many other amenities..
