A beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom third floor condo located within a modern gated community.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and both a/c and ceiling fan with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, AC and ceiling fan.

The kitchen is elegant and comes with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and is fully stocked. There is a stackable washer/dryer located in a small room just off of the Master bedroom. The living room has a pull out queen sized sofa and the adjacent dining area has a 6 seater table. There is a small balcony which you can access from the living area or the second bedroom.

There is access to a large communal swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, a small gym and an outdoor sheltered social area with a barbecue. Glorious south coast beaches, numerous amenities and the popular boardwalk are all just a short walk away!

If you walk 200 meters to the ocean you will join the 1 Km long boardwalk. A pleasant walking place along the coastline. If you walk another 200 meters left you will find Rockley beach. Public beach with facilities and an artificial coral reef 200 meters long with abundant sea-life and fine white sand! There is a stretch of bars and restaurants along the boardwalk.
