The interior has an inviting open plan living area with a new gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, big screen Cable TV and Wifi.

The 3 bedrooms are all ensuite, two have King sized beds, and one can be twin beds or converted to a King.
Each bedroom has magnificent views and sounds of the nearby sea.

A whole host of restaurants are available within a 10 minute radius including Veya, Barrell Stay, Roy's, Ripples, The Sand Bar, La Dolce Vita and Ripples and others are all at nearby Sandy Ground. DaVida Beach Bar & Restaurant, and Ce Blue are on Crocus Bay. With Zemi Beach and Gwens, Mederriman as some of the Shoal Bay East options.
