Welcome to this lovely Studio Apartment located in the established and sought after Spring Estate in Bequia's East Coast.

Cooled by the breezy trade winds - this delightful studio is a wonderful location for couples to enjoy a slice of tranquil Caribbean life. The Loft is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the beach or a short drive to shops / restaurants. The studio has fully screened windows.

There is a Queen bed in the studio, en suite bathroom, full well equipped kitchen with dining area and balcony and a large comfortable sofa area - everything you would need after a day exploring all that Bequia has to offer (or simply relaxing by the pool. !).

Swimming Pool

The pool (24ft x 13ft) is shared with the owners of the main house and offers simply stunning ocean views out over Spring Bay.

An additional bedroom can be provided on the lower level for an extra 2 guests for just 150 USD extra per week This room opens out onto the spacious terrace for social area / BBQ. This lower room contains a double bed, fridge, and bathroom.

Wifi is provided along with iPod dock & speakers, however there is no TV at The Loft.

A gas BBQ is provided for you on the terrace.

Quiet, Secluded Residential Area

Spring Estate is a well established and exclusive residential area. Quiet and relaxed with beautiful views out over the old coconut plantation

Just a stroll away from 2 lovely palm fringed beaches (Spring Bay and Crescent Bay Beach) whilst also just a 10 minute drive from the harbour, with dive shops, bars and restaurants.

The Loft Studio provides ideal accommodations for a couple looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation, quiet and cool but still close to beaches and amenities.
