This airy and spacious property is built on two levels which can be rented together or independently, each having a vast covered verandah. With It's multiple pliable French doors, the inside and the outside living space blend into each other seamlessly, permitting you to relax in a tropical breeze whilst enjoying the alfresco dining and taking in the magnificent views.

• Upstairs Living Room: round dining table with 8 seats plus a new and bigger sofa
• Kitchen: 3 highchairs around the kitchen table

At Bellevue Terrasse you will find a place which embraces tradition and luxury, always in consideration of the surrounding nature - by It's choice of natural colours, the careful landscaping and the unspoilt local vegetation.

The owners have tried to minimize the impact on the surrounding virgin vegetation, which can be explored on several small hiking paths through the extended property of about two and a half acres.

Built by local craftsmen

The architecture is based on the traditional tropical island concept of open spaces, surrounded by generous verandahs and covered by a spacious roof structure, which is most popular in the Grenadine Islands. Built by craftsmen from the island from a variety of local materials, the ceramic tiles from Italy, the enchanting alabaster lamps and the artwork from Latin America are all blending in in harmony.

Large and open spaces

About two thirds of the upper floor are dedicated to a large lounge area, with a spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen, a kitchen bar which seats up to 5 and a round dining table for up to 8 guests. There is also a dining table for 6 on the verandah for alfresco dining. Behind a partition wall you will find a spacious master bedroom with a canopy bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.

There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 extra guests.

Pool Suitable for All

The pool area is suitable for small children and adult swimmers alike with a solid hardwood railing to assure safety at all times. A unique pool net is also provided for ultimate child safety.

Vibrant, Well-Maintained Gardens

In the gardens around the residence you will find a beautiful selection of newly planted hibiscus in all imaginable colours, ixoras, alamandas, bougainvilleas, crotons, buttercups, palm trees, bananas, heliconias, strelitzias, as well as the typical frangipani tree.
