This charming and newly renovated villa boasts an expansive and romantic lanai/ covered balcony, where you can relax and take in the glorious tropical location within walking distance of the historic Frangipani Hotel where you may be able to order a Yellow Bird cocktail! Their steel band jump-up performs every Thursday. The Yellow Bird calypso song from the 1950's sums up the style of this island which is designed with your relaxation in mind.

Villa Interior

This colonial style villa has 2 double bedrooms with an opportunity for an extra single bed if required. The villa is uncluttered, spacious and full of light yet cosy with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The property has cctv cameras mounted on the porch but these are not on when guests are in residence .

The renovated villa has air-conditioning and a well equipped kitchen and bathroom designed with self-catering guests in mind.

Ocean Views

The villa provides possibly the best ocean views on the island which you will be able to enjoy from the beautiful colonial style covered balcony.

Whilst located close to the shops and restaurants the villa has a dvd as well as internet access.

No Car Required

There is really no need for you to drive, we are so close to the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants! The location provides you with an excuse to wander through the market, choose fresh fish from the local catch and browse the shops and restaurants whilst enjoying a local cocktail or two!Basic Maid Service (linen change and light clean of the property) is included in the rental rate once a week. If you require additional service or personal laundry this is easily arranged directly with the housekeeper. There screens on the windows. There security grates on the windows. There cable tv.
