A traditional Caribbean home, the elevation of this rental property allows for refreshing breezes and simply wonderful ocean views looking out over the yachts at anchor in Admiralty Bay below.

Lovely mature gardens with range of tropical fruits in season including banana, lime, papaya, avocado and guava.

The house would suit an active couple or family with older children as the property is split over 2 levels separated via a garden pathway.

Approx 18 steps up from entrance gate to lower studio followed by another 10 steps up through garden to the upper bedroom and then onto the covered terrace areas with larger dining / social area / view point.

The lower floor is a self contained studio apartment with kitchenette, double en suite bedroom and outside porch. The Upper floor has twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom along with a lovely covered porch area, to laze and enjoy the views of the harbour below...

There is a larger covered terrace to the rear of the house for dining.

A central location on the island this is an established area above the Belmont Waterfront Walkway. The shore side is a relaxing and social area with sandy restaurants...yachts at anchor... children playing...a friendly fun area. Home to Bequia's longest established Hotels,the Frangipani the Whaleboner and the Gingerbread. There are small wooden jetties and its the place to stroll along the shore to Port Elizabeth or past the Dive shops to Princess Margaret Beach just over the headland. Houses and villas here enjoy panoramic views over Admiralty Bay, the finest harbour in the Windwards with visiting yachts form all over the world. The sunsets are breathtaking.
