The newly built community offers one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, located on Barbados' beautiful Platinum Coast, just opposite the inviting waters of Alleyne's Bay and it's sandy beach.

The world renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is within easy distance and offers another appealing activity for guests to enjoy whilst relaxing at the Penthouse.

Close to Sandy Alleynes Bay

Alleynes Bay is a clean, quiet, undeveloped stretch of white sand where there are no vendors and offers an ideal location for a relaxing, peaceful beach picnic or swim.

There are other beaches along the west coast and some of these include Folkestone and Mullins Beach; Mullins being the one which would offer the option to rent beach chairs.
