Guest bedroom 1 is located adjacent to the master bedroom and provides a king size bed, that can be made as a twin upon request. Its ensuite offer a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Waterside offers guests superb ocean views and stunning sunsets, access to a free parking, a communal swimming pool and direct beach access.
