Bella Vista Villa is a spacious, brand new family sized villa, sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans. The Villa is very private, and stands on a completely fenced and gated 3 acre property offering security and peace of mind.

The name "Bella Vista" says it all… translated from Italian meaning "Beautiful View" Bella Vista Villa enjoys stunning 360 degree views over the whole of Bequia & the ocean beyond.

It is ideal for holiday-makers who enjoy relaxing in beautiful, cool surroundings & watching sailboats glide by, and of course swimming in the wonderful infinity swimming pool.

The villa is suitable for couples, groups or families but do please let us know the ages of any children so we can confirm this with the owner.

Pleasant all year-round thanks to the gentle easterly tradewind breeze you can happily sit and dine outside all year round; with a large wrap around balcony, patio, & BBQ area / gazebo next to the swimming pool, with seating and hammocks - perfect for taking in the stunning views.

Situated on a ridge in the heart of Bequia, Bella Vista has one of the best views on the island; with stunning panoramic views of the West coast from Admiralty Bay to Lower Bay, and Friendship Bay to the East.

From this 3 bedroom villa, you can see for miles, watch as yachts come and go, and get lost in the beautiful sea views and lush scenery that Bequia has to offer.

You could spend your entire vacation watching the ever-changing effects of light on the reefs below, and the ebb and flow of the ocean. Rise early to watch the sunrise, or with a cool sundowner in hand, watch as the sun sets from the West facing balconies.

Living Spaces & Kitchen

Bella Vista Villa has an impressive, large open living / dining / kitchen area, all furnished with teak furniture handmade in Trinidad. There are 110 Volt electrical outlets throughout the house which makes it convenient for electrical gadget use.

The inside spaces open out on the balconies and outside areas, with the windows and doors revealing the enviable views.

With tall, dramatic ceilings, the interior spaces of Bella Vista are cool and relaxing; the villa is open, airy and generous; fans adorn the ceilings & the steady trade winds keep the interiors lovely and cool.

Bella Vista is a lovely haven that you can look forward to returning to after a day sightseeing, or working your way through the activities that Bequia has available, including snorkeling, diving, or lunch at one of the many good quality bars and restaurants.

Swimming Pool & Outdoor Spaces

Whilst staying here at Bella Vista Villa, make the most of the beautiful private infinity pool with an underwater bench seat where you can relax with your favourite drink whilst enjoying the view. The saltwater pool is of pure rain water which makes it absolutely refreshing, and the water has no added chlorine, which reduces eye and skin irritation. The pool is 4 ft deep, which makes it ideal for non-swimmers and children. There is also plenty of space to relax by the poolside on the teak deck, and with lovely shaded areas on the wrap around balcony giving you the option to relax by soaking up the sunshine, or to chill out and cool down in the breezy shade. From the poolside you can take in the breathtaking views over the whole of Lower Bay in a truly wonderful environment.

There is also a separate gazebo BBQ area with lovely seating & hammocks, perfect for alfresco dining & relaxing while taking in those stunning views.

Three Calmly Decorated en suite Bedrooms

Bella Vista Villa has two Queen bedrooms, both en suite, and one twin bedroom with bathroom just off from the main living areas. All three rooms are air conditioned and have plenty of storage, so there is plenty of space for 6 guests. The colour scheme and interior design is fresh, clean and enticing and the whole villa is on one level, so perfect for wheelchair access.
