Property Maintenance Costs
There is the private road maintenance fee paid to the Spring Home Owners Association of EC$250 ?and the property tax of EC$ 500 both paid annually. The gardening maintenance can cost anything from EC$ 600-800? per month but this covers all the tools and equipment, removing/transporting debris etc off of site, watering plants, trimming and mowing of grass and cleaning of the yard.
