The property lies at the end of a gated driveway, there is parking available at the roadside and closer to the property on the drive. The upper level apartments each have private staircases from the drive and they have private balconies at the rear each with private stairs down to the pool deck.The third apartment which does have AC is located on the ground level, with access to the garden and pool area. Little effort would be required to open this property up in to one large villa living space.
Gym/ Exercise Room at Ground Level
A relaxing gym is located on the lower level of the property next to a small laundry space and 1/2 bathroom.The gym has garden views and access to the exterior via a small set of steps offering an ideal cooling off area shaded by exotic fruits and palms. There is outdoor storage space at this pool level, plumbing in place for an outdoor shower and the water tanks are located at ground level.
